Director of Operations

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and I began my career back in December of 2020. In June of 2021 I became Assistant Director of the company I was working for and then, got promoted to owner in June of 2021, and that's when Status Solutions was born.

My favorite thing about this program is that I had the ability to grow and use my skill sets to advance quickly in the program. I saw the Big picture and that's what made me build fast and strive to get the Director of Operations role to where I now run my own Market (Atlanta) . My goal is to eventually expand on the west coast and run that market up.

I am an ex pro basketball player. I played at Alcorn State University and played overseas for 2 years.

The best advice I can give to potential employees/future owners is to "keep going" nobody can stop you but you. The reason I got to ownership fast was because I created my own lane within the business to where I was able to grow fast. I learned the basics and executed the plan and took my goals seriously. I am now the owner of my own business and am looking to promote future owners.
